This unique approach allows our investors a low risk option when starting out in property investment or adding to an established portfolio.

CORESi removes the risk typically associated with building a buy to let portfolio, by pre letting your property from you for a period up to 5 years, with a rental yield considerably above the market average. CORESi will become your tenant from the day you take ownership and pay you, your rent annually in advance.

Our clients can select from our large portfolio of new build and off plan properties. CORESi carry out extensive due diligence on all developments and only select properties with good rental yields and healthy capital growth potential
